A Xmas Party at Marriot Hotel Room 2302 with Salford Uni Friends

Dear All. This is dedicated to those who went for the xmas gathering at the Marriot Hotel room 2302 on 11 Dec 04. All of us had great fun there. We had food such as pizza, roast chicken, chicken wings,garlic bread,cake,salad etc. I brought the alocohols for the event: Southern Comfort ( Whisky), Baileys, 2 bottles of red wine from Australia, Smirnoff Vodka. We had whisky with green tea, vodka with ribena,vodka with sprite and also Vodka with coke. We had lychee cocktail mixed with vodka oh boy was the lychee strong with vodka.taste kind of weird.

Each one of us borught along a gift for the gift exchange. I got a diary from Esprit which was useful for me as I actually needed one to jot down my appointments etc...Other gifts included in the gift exchange are chocolates, towels, alocholic cookies,muji stuff, nice cushion, Sports Bag, teacup set, etc..

We played charades which the theme was english movies. Had a few hards one to show such as Missisipi burning, casper, gremelins, mary poppins, ace ventura, bruce almighty to name a few.But we all had a good fun. Later on we played "Zhong Ji Mi Ma (1-99)"ofcourse for both games the team who lost have to drink the one who got hte number have to drink half cup.

We all played till qutie late to the wee hrs..in the end left about 5 of hrs which me and another friend stayed till 4 plus then we went home. I went home to zzz..till 1 plus i nthe afternoon. aiyoh very tired but had a good night out.

All of them sang us both a bday song as our bdays fall in December.This was unexpected.

Process of getting pass the "jie mei". He had to go to the neighbours knock on the door and say that today he is getting marrried. 2nd He will have to do 5 push up which one of his brothers helped him. 3rd:goign through the suan,tian,ku la.Then he has to sing the song wei yi by wang li hong loud enough for the bride to hear.Then of course having to negotiate the price to come in!!
